RETURN POLICY
All sales final on all swimwear, accessories, clearance, and promotional sale items.
Store credit welcome within seven days of purchase on ready to wear and clothing only.
Brown Eyed Bella must be notified via email or in store within five days of receiving purchase to request exchanges or store credit on all swimwear. You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions and must be postmarked within three business days of confirmation email.
Once Brown Eyed Bella receives returned goods we will inspect items and send you an email of approval on store credit and/or you will be eligible to exchange items. If your items are damaged, worn or soiled your goods will be declined and sent back to you.
We recommend shipping with a tracking number and insuring your package. Brown Eyed Bella will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
You should receive refunded monies in seven to ten business days once items
are approved.
