Brown Eyed Bella must be notified via email or in store within 3 days of receiving purchase to request exchanges or store credit on all swimwear. You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions and must be postmarked within 2 business days of confirmation email.
All swimwear must be unworn, unsoiled, have sanitary strip on and original tags attached to swimwear (if applicable).
Once Brown Eyed Bella receives returned goods we will inspect items and send you an email of approval on store credit and/or you will be eligible to exchange items. If your items are damaged, worn or soiled your goods will be declined and sent back to you.
We recommend shipping with a tracking number and insuring your package. Brown Eyed Bella will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Brown Eyed Bella will not be responsible for returned shipping fees and is the customer’s responsibility.
Store credit or Exchanges only on all swimwear due to the nature of the garment.
Returns and refunds are welcome on clothing/activewear only. Same rules and instructions apply as swimwear.
You should receive refunded monies in seven to fourteen business days once items are approved.
All Sales final on clearance items, accessories (bags, jewelry, beach tents etc.), promotional coupons and sale items.
